DIARY OF AN ORDER PLACED BY CUSTOMER BASED IN HARLOW ESSEX

• Pit Order placed on 1st April for VOSA specification- 7.5m Class VII Inspection Pit with Split Brake Tester housing Cassette Trays , Shaker Plate and Radius Plate Cassettes pre fitted to equipment suppliers layout plan
• Our Groundwork Team arrived on site on Monday 25th April.
• As per customers plan required Pit excavation was marked out and complete excavation of Pit was completed that day.
• On Tuesday 26th April the Pit was delivered to site fully fitted out with Lighting,- 110v Sockets and Air Line
• The Pit was lowered into the excavation supported by steel cross bar supports. The pit was laser levelled and support Bars fixed to the floor to ensure no movement when infilling with Concrete
• Wednesday 27th April – Split Brake Tester Boxes- Shaker Plate and Radius Plate Trays were fitted and checked for correctness. .Headlight Aligner Rail Recess channels cut out in the floor
• Thursday 28th April - 1st pour of Concrete up to Pit Floor level completed and allowed to set
• Friday 29th April – Compete Concrete pour in 3 stages up to finished Floor level
• Sat. 30th April – Remove Tools and Equipment from site. Remove all waste and brush clean site
• Job completed and ready for equipment supplier to install equipment
